My Role:
Create a cohesive branded experience for ThoughtSpot, AmerisourceBergen and Good Neighbor Pharmacy's annual trade show, while working within the existing 2015 brand identity. The challenge was to translate the brand consistently across a large, complex event environment with numerous attendee touchpoints, while making the experience feel organized, engaging, and easy to navigate.
Independent pharmacy owners, healthcare professionals, vendors, business partners, and other attendees attending the annual ThoughtSpot conference.
I approached the event as one connected brand experience rather than a collection of individual pieces. I focused on creating a clear visual hierarchy, consistent use of the existing brand system, and intuitive wayfinding so attendees could move through the event easily while experiencing a cohesive ThoughtSpot identity at every stage.
I was responsible for the design and art direction of the event's visual communications across print, environmental, digital, and presentation formats. I took the existing brand and translated it into a comprehensive event system, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and production partners to develop and refine the work from concept through final production.

Print + Digital
Outcome:
I extended the 2015 ThoughtSpot brand across a wide range of applications while maintaining consistency in typography, color, imagery, graphic elements, and messaging. The system was designed to remain recognizable whether attendees encountered the brand on a large environmental graphic, a printed piece, a presentation screen, or an attendee badge.
The event environment included large-scale trade show graphics, branded booths, overhead aisle signage, directional wayfinding, hotel signage, window clings, floor graphics, and other environmental elements. I designed these pieces to work together as a unified visual experience while helping attendees quickly understand where they were and where they needed to go.
The experience extended beyond the physical trade show floor through event guides, guest badges, printed collateral, general session presentations, digital displays, and supporting communications. Each touchpoint was designed to feel like part of the same system, creating continuity between the attendee's physical and digital experience.
The project delivered a polished, cohesive event experience that strengthened ThoughtSpot's brand presence across every major attendee touchpoint. By creating a consistent visual system across environmental, print, digital, and presentation design, the event provided attendees with a more seamless experience while reinforcing the brand throughout the conference.
